Michael Latter: Manitou Chronicles

Michael Latter who ended up as the editor of the Dryden newspaper plus singer and finally a resident in Barrie (RIP) in 2013.

His book a masterful collection of poems about his love of the North and his close relationship with the local Indigenous nations. It fits the ongoing TRC issues especially with the recent death of Murray Sinclair. Michael was also a successful musician.
